Quick assembly rack

1.The frame, combined with sheet metal parts, is pre-assembled into modular components in the factory.

2. The components are disassembled into bulk packaging, significantly reducing the storage and transportation space, lowering transportation costs and making more efficient use of storage space.

3.Only 8 M12 screws are needed to assemble the basic framework of a cabinet, making the assembly simple, easy and fast.

Profile frame

1. New type 15-fold profile frame structure.

2. Split joint mortise and tenon structure design.

3. Quick assembly function: Only 8 M12 screws are needed to complete the assembly.

4. The profiles are formed by continuous rolling of 2.0mm cold-rolled steel plates.

5. All the joints of the profiles are fully welded and fused, providing higher structural strength and meeting the requirements of air tightness and waterproofing.

6. Waterproof patches are lined inside the joint joints to meet the requirements of airtightness and waterproofing.

7. The cross-section of the profile is in a triangular hollow shape, which can absorb vibrations from all directions and significantly enhance the seismic resistance.

8. The profile frame adopts a six-sided symmetrical design, which can meet the requirements of multi-directional parallel connection and achieve unlimited expansion functions.

9. The M6 screw holes on the outer side of the profile are fixed by the stretching thread extraction process, which can ensure that the effective thread length is at least 5mm to avoid thread slithering.
