The MIX AIDC server rack is specifically designed for AIDC (AI Data Center) and high-density server applications. It features a modular structure that supports flat-pack shipping, allows unlimited expansion and side-by-side cabinet integration, and incorporates an optimized hot and cold aisle airflow management design to significantly enhance cooling efficiency and overall system reliability.
Core Advantages
l Supports AIDC / AI / GPU high-density server deployment
l Flat-pack design saves transportation and storage space
l Unlimited expansion with side-by-side cabinet integration for flexible data center layouts
l Modular design for simple operation and fast on-site assembly
l Optimized hot and cold aisle design improves cooling efficiency and reduces energy consumption
Hot and Cold Aisle Airflow Management Design
The MIX AIDC server cabinet utilizes a coordinated design of the front door, internal cable management system, and blanking panels to create a partially enclosed airflow channel within the cabinet. This effectively separates the cold air intake and hot air exhaust paths, preventing the mixing of hot and cold air.
Cold air enters from the front of the cabinet and is delivered directly to the server intake side. The heat generated during server operation is collected by the airflow containment system (including a plenum and fans) and is then forcibly exhausted from the rear of the cabinet into the hot aisle or the data center return air system.
This design significantly improves overall cooling efficiency and enhances the stability of server inlet temperatures.
1. Enclosure Structure and Safety Standards
IEC 62208
l Empty enclosures for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies – General requirements
